Contact
Cyber Arcade 100 is run by email, not by ticket queue. Pick the route below that matches what you need — sending a copyright notice or a data request to the wrong address is the most common reason a message sits unanswered.
Where to write
- General enquiries, bug reports and feedback
- [OWNER: confirm general contact email] — a game that will not start, a score that did not save, a broken layout, or an idea for the catalogue.
- Privacy and data requests
- privacy@cyberarcade100.com — access, correction or deletion of the profile data tied to an optional account. See the privacy and cookies page for what is stored.
- Copyright and DMCA notices
- [OWNER: confirm copyright / DMCA agent email] — do not send these to the general address. The copyright and DMCA page lists everything a notice has to contain; a notice missing an element cannot be acted on.
- Advertising problems
- [OWNER: confirm general contact email] — an advert that is deceptive, offensive, covers the game, or triggers a download. Include the page URL and a screenshot; that is what makes a report actionable with the ad network.
- Press and partnerships
- [OWNER: confirm general contact email] — with "Press" in the subject line.
Postal address
[OWNER: confirm operator legal name]
[OWNER: confirm postal address]
Post is accepted for formal legal notices. Everything else is answered much faster by email.
What to include
Whatever you are writing about, these four things save a round trip:
- The exact page URL — copy it from the address bar.
- Your browser and device — for example "Chrome on Android" or "Safari on a Mac". Many game bugs are specific to one of them.
- What you expected and what happened instead, in that order. "The paddle stops responding after level 3" beats "it is broken".
- A screenshot or a short recording if anything is visual — layout, adverts, and rendering issues are hard to reproduce from a description.
What happens next
Messages are read in the order they arrive and answered within [OWNER: confirm target response time]. Copyright notices and privacy requests are handled ahead of general mail because they run to a deadline. If your message needs no reply — a straightforward bug report, say — you may see the fix ship without hearing back; that is not us ignoring you.
Please do not send: account passwords, payment card numbers, or identity documents. The arcade has no purchases and will never ask you for payment details, so any message claiming to be from us and asking for them is not from us.
Things we cannot help with
- Restoring lost local progress. Scores and favourites for signed-out play live only in your browser. If that storage is cleared, there is no copy on our side to restore from. Sign in if you want progress to survive.
- Unblocking the site on a school or work network. That is your network administrator's decision, not ours.
- Removing a specific advert on request. We control where ad slots sit, not which advert fills one. Report a bad advert with the page URL and we will pass it on to the ad network.
