These terms cover your use of Cyber Arcade 100. They are written to be readable rather than impressive. Using the site means you accept them; if you do not, please stop using the site.

1. What the service is

Cyber Arcade 100 is a free, advertising-supported website that hosts 100 original browser games. Nothing is sold here. The service is provided as it is, when it is available, and it is offered for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

4. Fair use of the games

You are welcome to play as much as you like. You may not:

• copy, rehost, resell, or redistribute the games, their code, artwork or audio, or present them as your own;
• frame or embed the arcade in a way that hides its origin, strips its advertising, or makes it look like part of another product;
• scrape, crawl or automate the site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, or run scripts that place load on it;
• interfere with the leaderboards — submitting scores you did not earn in normal play, editing values in storage or over the network, or using bots or modified clients;
• attempt to break, probe or bypass the site's security, or access administrative areas;
• click, generate, or encourage others to generate advertising impressions or clicks that do not come from genuine interest. This is fraud against advertisers and it puts the whole site at risk.

Scores that appear to be fabricated may be removed from the leaderboards without notice. We will remove an obviously impossible score before we remove a player.

5. Who owns what

The games, source code, artwork, audio, layout and text on this site are original works and remain the property of the operator, except where a third-party open-source library is used under its own licence. Classic arcade genres — block-breakers, snake games, minesweepers — are not owned by anyone, and our implementations of them are ours. Nothing here is an emulator, a ROM, or a copy of a commercial title.

6. Themes

Themes change how the site looks. Every theme is free and available to everyone.

7. Advertising

The site carries advertising served by Google AdSense and its partners. We choose where ad slots sit; we do not choose the individual adverts that appear in them, and an advert is not an endorsement. If you see an advert here that is deceptive, offensive or malicious, please report it through the contact page with the page it appeared on.

Adverts and occasional references lead to sites we do not control. Their content and their privacy practices are their own. We are not responsible for them.

9. Availability and changes

We do not guarantee that the site will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Games, features, leaderboards and themes may be added, changed or removed at any time, and the site may be taken down for maintenance. Because the arcade is free, there is no service level and no refund to give.

10. No warranty

The site and the games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost progress or lost scores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. 12. Ending your use

You can stop using the arcade at any time; clearing this site's storage removes the local data it holds. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks section 4, without needing to give notice first where the abuse is ongoing.

The effective date at the top of this page is updated whenever they are, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the new version.
